These Terms & Conditions dhonigame (dhonigame.best) and its members. By creating an account on the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause of these Terms & Conditions.

dhonigame reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified by email or push notification before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

When registering at dhonigame, you must provide truthful and accurate information. dhonigame reserves the right to close any account created with incorrect or false information dhonigame reserves the right, and any bonus balance in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

Required at registration:

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi operator)
• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before withdrawals. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 2–4 hours.

Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed and the balances will be subject to review.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The deposit amount must be wagered at least once (excluding bonus balance).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The maximum withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 per 24 hours (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity.

Sports Betting:

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In cases where a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with standard sports rules.

Technical Issue:

If a bet is left incomplete due to a server or connection issue, dhonigame will review that bet and make a final determination. The right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds dhonigame retains.

Accumulator Bet:

If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the bet resolved based on the remaining legs. The full accumulator is only considered a win if all legs are successful.

Every bonus on dhonigame comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• One welcome bonus per account — it cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be converted to your main balance only after the turnover requirement has been met.
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.40 will count toward turnover calculations.
• If the turnover requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If a bonus is claimed on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, all bonuses involved will be cancelled.
• Any irregular activity in claiming bonuses is subject to penalties.

dhonigame reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice. However, the existing terms of any bonus already claimed will not be affected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dhonigame. Any violation may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account.
• Abusing bonuses or manipulating the system.
• Using funds from money laundering or any illegal source on the platform.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to dhonigame's systems or security infrastructure.

Dhonigame may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Failure to submit valid documents during KYC verification.
• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Security threats or suspicious login activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is suspended, the member will be notified by email or SMS and given the opportunity to appeal. Any verified balance will be returned after review — unless the account was closed due to prohibited activity.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team — dhonigame The process will be completed without any questions asked.

dhonigame believes gaming should always be a source of enjoyment — not stress or financial hardship. That's why the platform offers a range of protective tools that members can activate on their own:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit.

• Session Limit: Set a daily time limit on how long you play.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break of anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for a fixed period of 6 months or longer.

Dispute Resolution Process:

If you have a complaint, please contact support@dhonigame.best first with full details. dhonigame's team will respond within 48 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, the dispute will be referred for independent review. The outcome will be considered binding on both parties.

For any loss arising from technical issues, disconnection, or any other such cause, dhonigame's liability is limited. Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives will be treated as force majeure.
