For abandoned or cancelled matches dhonigame Follows these rules:

If the match is cancelled before it starts: Your full stake will be refunded to your wallet — this typically happens within 30 minutes of the official cancellation announcement.

If a match is abandoned after it has already started: depends on how much of the match was played.
  • In cricket, if fewer than 5 overs are bowled — the bet is void and your stake is refunded.
  • In cricket, if 5 or more overs have been played — settlement follows the DLS method or official result.
  • In football, if 90 minutes are not completed and there is no official result — the bet is void and your stake is refunded.
For in-play bets: Settlement may be based on the confirmed score at the point the match was stopped — subject to the rules of the specific event.

This issue is usually caused by one of two things — an outdated app version or a phone cache problem. Follow the steps below to fix it:

App won't open or keeps crashing:
  1. Fully close the app (including from the background).
  2. Go to your phone's Settings → Apps → dhonigame → tap "Clear Cache".
  3. Uninstall the app and dhonigame.best/app Download the latest version from.
  4. During installation, allow "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps" permission (Android).
If you see an "Update Required" message: This means the current version is no longer supported. App Page Download the latest APK from there — the file size is typically 20–30 MB.

For iOS users: Go to the App Store, search for "dhonigame", and tap the "Update" button.

dhonigame- stores the complete history of all your bets and financial transactions. Here's how to view it:

Betting history:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select "My Bets" or "Bet History".
  4. Use the date filter to view bets from a specific period — history goes back up to 90 days.
Deposit & withdrawal history:
  1. Go to Profile → the "Wallet" or "Transactions" section.
  2. Deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are each displayed in separate tabs.
  3. Tap on any transaction to view the TrxID, timestamp, and status in detail.
For records older than 90 days, contact support — we'll send them to you in PDF format via email, usually within 24 hours.

Changing the language in the app:
  1. Go to "Settings" or tap the ⚙️ icon from the bottom menu or sidebar of the app.
  2. Tap the "Language" option.
  3. Select Bangla or English from the list. The change takes effect immediately.
Changes made while logged in are saved automatically — you won't need to change it again the next time you access from the same device. On a different device, you'll just need to set it once.

How to view live scores:
  1. Sports Events Go to the page.
  2. Click the "Live" tab to see all matches currently in progress.
  3. Tap on any match to view real-time scores, overs or elapsed time, and updated odds.

Common causes:
  • Repeated incorrect password attempts: After 5 failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Try again after 30 minutes or log in using OTP.
  • Unusual activity: Logging in from multiple devices at once or from an unusual location may trigger a security lock on your account.
  • Incomplete KYC verification: If KYC is not completed within the required timeframe, withdrawals will be suspended or restrictions will be placed on your account.
  • Policy violation: Multiple accounts or any other policy violations may result in a permanent lock.
Steps to unlock your account:
